angle-left ADVISORY: World Trade Organization-Technical Barriers to Trade (WTO-TBT) Latest Notifications - 15-21 May 2021

Philippine exporters and relevant stakeholders are strongly encouraged to review and comment on the listed proposed technical regulations that may greatly affect our exports to the issuing countries.

The latest bulletin lists a total of 122 notifications on Agriculture, Construction Materials and Building, Environment. Health Protection. Safety, Food Technology, Health Technology, etc., from Kazakhstan, Burundi, European Union, Uganda, US, and other countries.

Please take note of the applicable Final Date for Comments of the following products:

The BPS, which serves as the Philippines’ National Enquiry Point (NEP) and the National Notification Authority (NNA) for the WTO-TBT Agreement, will transmit all the comments received to the governments concerned for their consideration.
