Philippine exporters are advised that Switzerland has updated its duty rates as a price compensation measures on processed agricultural goods, effective 01 February 2026. This adjustment follows Switzerland’s routine pricing update and covers items on goods classified in:
- Chapter 4 – Yoghurt and dairy spreads
- Chapter 15 – Margarine
- Chapter 17 – Sugar confectionery
- Chapter 18 – Chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa
- Chapter 19 – Pastrycooks’ products and preparations of cereals, flour, starch, or milk
- Chapter 20 – Preparations of vegetables, fruit, nuts, or other parts of plants
It will also reflect changes in the cost of key ingredients such as milk, grains, fresh potatoes, vegetable fats and sugar, which could affect export pricing to the Swiss market.

Exporters are encouraged to coordinate closely with their importers to ensure compliance with the newly imposed duty rates for Switzerland.
