The Department of Trade and Industry – Export Marketing Bureau (DTI- EMB) extends the submission of the 2025 AFS from 22 April 2026 to 22 May 2026.  

The extension is in line with BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 030-2026 and Bank Bulletin No. 2026-05, where the deadline for filing the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return (AITR), payment of taxes, and submission of required attachments has been extended from 15 April 2026 to 15 May 2026.  

Failure to submit to the DTI-EMB a certified true copy of the AFS within five (5) working days following the deadline for filing the income tax return with the BIR shall result in the revocation of the CREATE MORE EOE Certificate, pursuant to Section 7.1.1 of DTI Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 25-03.
