The General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) has issued the Regulations on the Registration Administration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food (GACC Decree No. 280), together with its supporting Announcement No. 27 of 2026. These new regulations will officially take effect on 01 June 2026.
