The Board of Investments (BOI) invites industry stakeholders, particularly in the garments, textiles and automotive sectors, to participate in a virtual consultation session on the Philippines–European Union Free Trade Agreement (PH-EU FTA) and the ASEAN–Canada Free Trade Agreement (ACAFTA). The consultations will be held on 14-15 January 2026.

The sessions aim to gather industry inputs on product-specific rules of origin and priority products for enhanced market access in EU and Canada. Active participation of industry players is therefore, critical in ensuring that sector-specific concerns, interests, and opportunities are taken into consideration in crafting the Philippines’ negotiating position.
