Pursuant to the declaration of community quarantine, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) issued Customs Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 82-2020 implementing interim online submission of documents for export processing. The CMO covers among others, processing of application for Certificate of Origin (CO) Form AANZ, application to be an approved exporter under PH-EFTA FTA and application for registration in the EU REX system.

The online submission of documents for processing can be availed of by BOC accredited exporters, licensed custom brokers and declarants. Hard copies of the documents shall be submitted upon the lifting of the declaration of community quarantine or within three (3) days thereafter.

The applicants need to register and login with the Customer Care Portal System (CCPS) at https://client.customs.gov.ph/ with its username and password. The detailed steps and guide for the online submission of documents are indicated in the aforesaid CMO.
